Welcome to VICPA
Who We Are
VICPA (the Vancouver Island Cooperative Preschool Association) is a community of families and educators dedicated to helping young children learn, grow, and thrive.
We are the umbrella organization for 10 parent participation preschools across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Together, we support play-based early learning where families are active partners in their children’s education.
At VICPA, we believe children flourish when families, educators, and communities learn together through cooperation, curiosity, and care.
