Program Philosophy

At Strawberry Vale Preschool each child is seen as an individual, growing and learning at his or her own unique pace. Children are encouraged to play freely, interact with others and try out new skills in an environment that is safe and supportive.

Children are respected and celebrated within the context of their families, cultures and communities. Through parents' active involvement in classes, partnerships develop between the parents and the ECE.

In these ways, SVP aims to foster development of the whole child (physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually). The following information is taken from the VICPA website.
