Purposes LPP only collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information through Our Website and otherwise, to fulfill the purposes of LPP, namely to run a preschool.

Identifying Information You can visit Our Website without telling us who you are or providing any information about yourself. LPP will only request identifying information for Our Website when you follow an email link to contact the school or any officers of the school directly.  In these instances, LPP will only use the information you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, to give you the support and information you are requesting.

If you choose to give us personal information, this information is used, disclosed, and retained by LPP and will only be used by LPP for Our Purposes only as you agree. We will not add you to a mailing list, or newsletter without your explicit consent/request. We will only contact you if further information is required from you to complete a service.

LPP does not share, rent, or sell any personal information provided through Our Website (such as your name or email address) to any outside organization for use in its marketing or solicitations. Any registration information given to the preschool is kept confidential and at the preschool in a secure area.  Forms will be destroyed as per VICPA standards indicate.

Third Party Links Our Website does provide links to other sites. Other Internet sites and services have separate privacy and data collection practices. Our Website cannot control, and has no responsibility for, the privacy policies or data collection activities at another site.

Children's Privacy Protection LPP is sensitive to the heightened need to protect the privacy of children under the age of majority. Our school has also adopted an extensive media release policy; no information about the children who attend our school is displayed on Our Website without explicit parental/guardian consent.
